L&C Quality Healthcare is looking for a passionate Podiatrist to join our modern, multidisciplinary clinic in Neutral Bay. Our team is committed to a collaborative approach to health and wellness, offering a variety of services to meet the needs of our diverse client base. Currently, we are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Podiatrist that can commit to fortnightly services, with increasing hours as the clientele and case-load builds.

We provide full administration, booking, and marketing, helping you build and grow your client base seamlessly. With a dedicated reception team, streamlined scheduling, and active promotion of your services, you can focus on delivering quality care while we handle the rest. Our clinic is conveniently located near public transport and offers ample 2-hour street parking, making it easily accessible for clients.

The Role

As a commission-based practitioner at our clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based care to clients within your scope of practice. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being supported by a collaborative team and our clinic's marketing and referral network.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment or management plans for clients
• Deliver individual therapy sessions and/or group-based interventions (where applicable)
• Educate and empower clients to achieve their health and functional goals
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Actively promote your services with the support of our clinic's marketing and referral channels
• Take ownership of your performance and caseload, ensuring client retention and growth

• AHPRA Registered
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Working with children check
• Police check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-motivated, proactive approach to managing your caseload
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A passion for client-centered, evidence-based care
• A desire to grow with the clinic and contribute to its success
