Food Services Assistant
, you'll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of our St Vincent's Care Services Yennora facility.
St Vincent's Care Services Yennora (locally known as Rosary Village) is a 141-bed facility located approximately 29km from Sydney's CBD.

This is a Casual opportunity with the availability to work morning, day & afternoon shifts and the flexibility to work any day of the week.
Things that work for us:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in an aged care facility or hospital environment desirable, providing services that support high quality food services outcomes for residents, customers and staff of the Facility
- High level of customer service skills
- Flexibility to work morning &/or afternoon shifts across the week
- Willingness to work in the kitchen or on serving, completing wash-up duties, unloading deliveries &/or whatever is required to provide an excellent food service for our residents.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- An ability to provide a catering and kitchen service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation, and food safety standards
- An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (valid within 6 months).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
