Diploma Educator

We are seeking a passionate, diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator.

Our 58-place centre is nestled in nature in Figtree, where a team of friendly and dedicated educators create a nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team.

This is a full-time position; however, we welcome applications from both full-time and part-time candidates.

This role requires:

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and a commitment to best practice in early childhood education and care.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education, with the ability to implement a high-quality educational curriculum that supports the individual needs, interests, and development of all children.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and Child Safe Standards.
• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the ability to apply procedures that uphold compliance and high-quality outcomes.
• Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility may be considered for the right candidate).
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• A current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
