Davis Quality Constructions is seeking an experienced Fencer or Skilled Labourer who can confidently manage a team and work independently when required. We offer genuine career progression, strong job security, and performance-based pay for the right person.

Skilled labourers with construction background may apply, though fencing experience is preferred.

Based in the Adelaide Hills, we are a fast-growing outdoor construction company specialising in fencing, retaining, decking, pergolas, garages, excavations, and landscaping. Our goal is to become South Australia's leading name in outdoor construction.

About the Role

• Lead a small fencing team or work independently when required
• Wage based on skill level, experience, and leadership ability
• Manage and complete fencing projects to a high standard
• Travel to multiple job sites across Adelaide
• Valid driver's licence required for travel between job sites
• Physically demanding role — requires fitness and stamina
• Early starts, long days, and a 4-day work week (10-hour days) with overtime opportunities
