About the role

Represent Coles Collect out of the cutting-edge Kemps Creek Automated Distribution Centre, where you'll play a key role in managing inbound freight operations and operational relationship with the warehouse. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery performance and exceptional service standards for Coles Primary Freight, while also supporting and delivering for our customers & suppliers.

Key responsibilities:

• Based and focused on ADC primary transport but providing national transport support for the primary transport network
• Accountable for operational execution and customer service for Coles Primary Freight, ultimately ensuring the team meets or exceeds service targets
• Communicate with carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve late arrivals, rejections, and "no shows"
• Execute urgent ad hoc requests and manual shipments when required
• Record and escalate ongoing carrier issues to the Network Carrier Manager
• Drive continuous improvement in inbound processes to support operational efficiency
• Supporting primary transport suppliers directly, ensuring strong service DIFOT and safe transpor

About you and your skills

• 3+ years' experience in transport or supply chain within FMCG
• Proficiency in Manhattan Active Transport Management or similar transport management systems
• Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical capability
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
