The Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Diploma Educator who is confident in building strong relationships with children, families, and team members. You'll work closely with other passionate educators to deliver a nurturing and stimulating learning environment in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.

What You'll Bring

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • A warm, caring personality and a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education is required
