Sous Chef - High-Volume, High-Performance Kitchen, Solid Opportunity

JRM Hospitality Recruitment are seeking a qualified and experienced Sous Chef to join a premium, high-volume hospitality operation known for pace, structure, and professional standards. This role is ideal for a driven Sous Chef who thrives under pressure and is eager to accelerate their growth within a high-performing kitchen environment.

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef in the daily leadership of a busy kitchen operation
  • Drive consistency, quality, and speed across prep and service
  • Lead, mentor, and develop junior chefs in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with rostering, ordering, and service planning
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance at all times

About You
- Trade-qualified chef with solid senior-level experience
- Background in high-volume, premium, or complex kitchen operations
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Calm and resilient under pressure
- Ambitious and motivated to progress into Head Chef roles
