We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the following roles to join our team at Brisbane Airport:

  • Food & Beverage Attendant
  • Food & Beverage Supervisor
  • Cook
  • Chef
  • Assistant Manager

What You'll Do

  • Strict adherence to Food Safety (HACCP) and Workplace Health & Safety standards is non-negotiable for every team member.
  • Whether you are cooking the meal or serving it, you will ensure high-quality products and service for every traveler.
  • Actively support your colleagues across Front and Back of House to ensure smooth operations during peak flight times.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rotating rosters and changing passenger volumes with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and professionalism, acting as an ambassador for Cater Care.

About You
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Willingness and ability to undergo a rigorous background check to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
  • Quick-service or high-volume experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends to suit flight schedules.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for Chef roles. RSA certificate a plus.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
