What We Need From You:

To thrive in our practice, we need someone who shares our values and dedication to patient care. The right candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Always putting the patients first. Understanding that the entire team (all staff members) work toward delivering optimal patient care.
• Displaying a warm and approachable personality
• Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Experience with Clinic to Cloud will be an advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in a professional industry
• Previous experience in a Specialist medical practice is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities:

Being part of our medical admin team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing a premium patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all aspects of reception duties, including answering phones, managing bookings, processing payments, maintaining electronic records (paperless practice), and scanning documents.
• Installing take home blood pressure monitors, event monitors and holter monitors (simple devices). Training will be provided.
• Assisting the practice manager with inventory checks, handling deliveries and mail.
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested, such as maintaining a COVID-safe environment and cleaning surfaces to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

Job Details:

• We offer above award rates to acknowledge your skills and experience.
• This is a casual position, with work mainly occurring at the Northern Beaches Hospital location, but may also require some days at the Sydney Adventist Hospital (Wahroonga)
