We are an innovative, friendly Cardiology practice located in Frenchs Forest and Wahroonga, based at two renowned Sydney Hospitals. - Always putting the patients first. Understanding that the entire team (all staff members) work toward delivering optimal patient care.
- Displaying a warm and approachable personality
- Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance
- Proficiency in computer skills is essential. Experience with Clinic to Cloud will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in a professional industry
- Previous experience in a Specialist medical practice is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written English skills
Responsibilities:
Being part of our medical admin team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing a premium patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all aspects of reception duties, including answering phones, managing bookings, processing payments, maintaining electronic records (paperless practice), and scanning documents.
- Installing take home blood pressure monitors, event monitors and holter monitors (simple devices). Training will be provided.
- Assisting the practice manager with inventory checks, handling deliveries and mail.
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested, such as maintaining a COVID-safe environment and cleaning surfaces to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
Job Details:
- We offer above award rates to acknowledge your skills and experience.
- This is a casual position, with work mainly occurring at the Northern Beaches Hospital location, but may also require some days at the Sydney Adventist Hospital (Wahroonga)
