Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative AI Engineer based in Sydney, NSW, with work-from-home flexibility. The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models and solutions. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, conducting research, implementing state-of-the-art AI techniques, and optimizing models for performance and scalability. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring model compliance with ethical and regulatory standards and providing ongoing technical support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in AI model development, including deep learning and machine learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Strong understanding of generative models such as GANs, VAEs, or LLMs
  • Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and model training pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
  • Experience in industrial automation and understanding of ethical AI practices is a plus
