The Coffee Club Bendigo is currently seeking a full-time, trade-qualified Cook to join their team at The Coffee Club in Bendigo, VIC 3550. This role offers a competitive salary.

About the Role:

As a Cook at The Coffee Club, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The position involves:

·Preparing menu items in accordance with restaurant standards

·Making fresh salads and wet dishes that match quality and taste expectations

·Organizing kitchen stock requirements

·Effecting shift planning and management

·Managing daily kitchen operations and preparation

·Working collaboratively with kitchen staff

·Managing and maintaining all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) requirements

What We're Looking For:

·Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in a similar role

·Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

·Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·Strong time management and organization skills

·Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

·Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a roster including weekends and day/evening shifts is required, with a full commitment to weekend work as this is the busiest time.
