What You Will Be Doing:

We're looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager who can confidently straddle delivery operations and strong account leadership. As the central point for project planning and a key client partner, you'll ensure we deliver on our commitments, navigate interdependencies, and build enduring trust with a major client account. You naturally lean into the details, responsible for resourcing, production workflows, reporting, and commercials - while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.

Your communication style goes beyond status updates: you create a sense of partnership, influence decision-making, and build alignment across multiple departments and stakeholder groups. You bring a calm, structured presence to high-pressure demands, using your foresight and experience to create clarity for both clients and internal teams.

With significant experience in agency environments, you have extensive examples of leading creative or production work across highly complex accounts - balancing BAU with multiple integrated campaigns running simultaneously.

This role suits someone who blends long-term client and project planning with hands-on operational problem-solving; someone who can lead complex delivery functions, elevate team capability, and unlock efficiencies across multiple workstreams.

Below are the four interconnected areas of the role:

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, leading purposeful, transparent communication at every stage of delivery. Provide clear guidance on progress, risks, and decisions, anticipate their needs, and nurture trust. Build relationships beyond the screen; meeting face-to-face and spending time on client premises when needed to deepen understanding and strengthen long-term value.

Project Management

  • Set projects up for success from day one. Build projects in our project management tool Kantata, organise assets, schedule kick-offs and WIPs, and maintain complete visibility over timelines, risks, and deliverables. Ensure project health is consistently monitored, documented, and proactively managed.

Commercial Management & Reporting

  • Define billing milestones, oversee invoicing progress, and keep clients updated on budget status. Plan and prioritise work to stay within scope while maintaining high-quality delivery. Anticipate financial risks early and address them before they escalate.

Resource Management & Planning

  • Keep resourcing accurate and up to date in our project management tool, Kantata. Maintain schedules, forecast upcoming needs, and communicate changes quickly to all stakeholders. Spot risks in capacity or skills early and help plan solutions that support smooth, sustainable delivery.

What We Need You To Have:

  • 10 years of project and delivery experience in a digital or creative agency, managing complex, multi-stakeholder work.

  • Proven client leadership capability - able to guide senior stakeholders, set clear expectations, and communicate confidently under pressure.

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including setup, WIPs, risk management, and reporting.

  • Strong ability to interpret scopes, budgets, and commercial requirements.

  • Experience with resource planning and forecasting, ideally using tools like Kantata, Float, or similar project/resource management platforms.

  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving environments, with a knack for solving problems before they escalate.

This Role Won't be a Good Fit If:

  • You prefer a slow or predictable workload - this role requires navigating fast-moving projects, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder needs.

  • You're uncomfortable leading clients or pushing back diplomatically when timelines, scope, or expectations need to be reset.

  • You lean heavily toward coordination rather than owning decisions, solving problems, and driving delivery.

  • You need rigid structure or fixed routines to do your best work - this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to shift gears quickly as priorities evolve.

Why Work at ntegrity?

Help good grow.
We partner only with organisations creating real impact - think Beyond Blue, Vision Australia and The Salvation Army. As a B Corp, we choose purpose over profit and stand by our word.

Embrace meaningful challenges.
Our work is complex, rewarding and genuinely life-changing. You'll join a team that leans into problems with curiosity, practicality and heart - and finds creative ways forward.

Work with people who care.
We're collaborative, honest and generous with praise. We listen deeply, support each other through pressure, and celebrate wins big and small.

Partner with clients you'll love.
They're kind, mission-driven and committed to long-term impact. We work with them, not for them - building trust through transparency and shared ambition.

Grow fast - and help others grow too.
With 30% annual growth and 95% client retention, we're scaling with intention. You'll get personalised development, real L&D investment, and space to learn, experiment and lead.

Be supported as a whole human.
We take wellbeing seriously. Flexibility, healthy boundaries and care for one another are non-negotiable - late nights aren't the culture here.

Benefits that matter.
Remote and flexible work, upfront sick leave, preventive health support, dedicated L&D funding, and in-person strategy weeks to reconnect and recharge.
