Salary range: $ to $ p.f. (HP3) OR $ to $ p.f. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1)

4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

About your opportunity

This team is part of an inter-agency response to the therapeutic and behaviour support needs of children and young people in the care of the Department of Child Safety with severe psychological and behavioural problems.

This position will provide the opportunity to provide high level specialist services, in the areas of assessment, intervention, treatment planning and evaluation, training and education, supervision and research, within the Evolve Therapeutic Services Team.

Requirements:

Proof of qualification (Nursing,Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Speech Pathologist or Psychologist.) and registration or membership (if applicable) with the appropriate registration authority or association.

While not mandatory, eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be well regarded.

All positions appointed to Mental Health Service Group may be required to work in other areas of the Service.

This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
