Location: Penrith Workshop-Based with In-House Machinery Manufacturing, External Shift Support, and National Project Opportunities

Hourly Rate: $ super

Weekend & Overtime Rate: $92.40 per hour (All OT at double time)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance fitter in dairy, food, or beverage processing and packaging facilities
  • Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
  • Proficiency in pneumatics and hydraulics
  • General fabrication skills
  • Restricted electrical connect/disconnect certification (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Welding skills (Stick, TIG, MIG preferred but not mandatory)
  • Australian-recognised trade certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach
  • High attention to detail and initiative
  • Current driver's license
