About the Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Golden Beach Tavern

We're searching for a our very own 'Rosie the Robot' - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

  • Making every room feel like home away from home
  • Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
  • Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
  • Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

  • This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

  • You've got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
  • You're reliable, punctual and adaptable
