About The Role
As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll go beyond dispensing medications. You'll lead your team, engage with the community, and deliver innovative healthcare services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensuring safe and accurate dispensing and medication management
- Providing expert consultations and collaborating with healthcare professionals
- Expanding services such as vaccinations, health checks, and medication reviews
- Building strong community connections through events and workshops
- Driving business performance through KPI management, reporting, and team leadership
About You
- Current AHPRA Registration and Working with Children Check
- Experience with 8CPA professional services, DAA's, and QCPP regulations
- Skills in budgeting, wages, and GP management
- Vaccination accreditation
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
