We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ANZ Food Equipment Lead to join our team at Sealed Air Australia. This is a full-time role based in Fawkner. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of our food equipment business across Australia and New Zealand.

• Provide technical expertise and support to our sales and marketing teams to help promote our food equipment solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product and service opportunities in the food equipment market
• Develop and implement strategies to expand our food equipment customer base and market share
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues related to our food equipment products and services
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our food equipment offering and ensure we stay ahead of industry trends
• Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food equipment industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth and developing successful commercial strategies
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of food equipment products, applications, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on strategic objectives
