Healthii People are proud to have partnered with IFYSto support the recruitment of their Regional Manager within their Non-Family Based Care Program in Rockhampton

This is a Senior Leadership role that would oversee the non-family based care programs in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery and that the programs are operating in line with correct practice frameworks, compliance and state and federal legislation.

These roles would suit someone with a leadership background in the child safety space or youth justice sector and you would:

  • Provide supervision and support to the team of case managers and youth workers
  • Support the growth and success of the program in the region
  • Lead the recruitment training and development of the team
  • Oversee correct policies, procedures and frameworks
  • Engage with stakeholders, in particular Child Safety
  • Manage budget and financial oversight of program
  • Ensure compliance is up to standard

About you:

  • Hold a Bachelor in Human Services or related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership experience ideally within child protection/ youth justice
  • Applied knowledge of Trauma Informed frameworks
  • Understanding and awareness around cultural sensitivity
  • Passion for supporting young people to thrive
