Contact Centre Specialist

As our highly valued Contact Centre Specialist based in South Yarra. You will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls from customers and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This is a key role in the support we provide to our customers and great opportunity to learn about banking and build the foundation for a long-term career.

We have temp. perm, full-time and part-time positions available.

We provide a superior level of service as well as identify opportunities to enhance our customer experience through active promotion of our products and services based on the needs of customers.

Do things differently with us  
To succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Ideally you have a strong background in customer service, sales or retail within banking or a similar fast paced customer environment where you've been supporting customers with complex solutions or products
• You are genuinely passionate about delivering stellar customer service and driven by achieving set targets and KPIs to the highest of standards.
• You demonstrated the ability to quickly learn and navigate in-house systems and database.
• Ultimately, you're a team player with a motivated approach, you will be part of a friendly, positive environment with great coaching to help achieve success.

Applicants need to be able to work on a five-day rotating roster from Monday to Saturday, between 8am to 7pm, 7.5 hours per day.  To support you we offer a range of flexible working styles to best fit your life and personal commitments.
