The business is an established fintech, specializing in Margin FX and CFD products. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Settlements Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with cash/payment transactional experience to contribute to the team in a crucial business function.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reconciliation of transactional bank accounts and ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage funding and forecasting on our transactional bank accounts on a daily basis to optimize cash flow.
  • Review and approve daily cash transactions and month-end Treasury Journals for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports related to Treasury activities to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Execute a high volume of electronic transfers efficiently and securely.
  • Collaborate with other business units to address inquiries and resolve requests promptly.
  • Spearhead the design, management, and launch of automated workflows, continuously optimizing processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights for business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cash/payment transactional environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
