Role:

We're looking for 2x Senior SMSF Accountants (4+ years) or SMSF Director-level looking to grow with the business - eventually into more senior roles. You will be well remunerated for this role, and work on all entity types and you will ideally be at a
Senior-level
, however we would be interested in meeting with SMSF accountants from
Intermediates
to
Client Managers
who have a goal to progress and grow their career.

You will work on an interesting and diverse client list within our dedicated SMSF team, who manage a growing list of 500+ SMSFs of varying complexity. The SMSF leadership team have a wealth of experience to be able to provide you with outstanding guidance and training.

In pursuit of the role as described above, you will:

• Oversee the preparation of annual financial statements, compliance and tax returns
• Manage client expectations with the delivery of exceptional and timely client communication
• Liaise with clients and advisors on technical SMSF matters
• Effectively manage and execute project tasks associated with the firm's continuing focus on process improvement and efficiency
• Assist with the training and development of junior team members

Requirements:

• You are a competent and successful accounting professional, with strong Australian experience in relation to SMSF
• You are interested in an ongoing specialist career in SMSF
• You have completed a tertiary qualification in accounting or SMSF
• Client focused and a real team player, you have demonstrated experience working with a large client list and are committed to maintaining strong client relationships
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are required to interact positively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• You have extensive experience with Class Super and strong, current technical knowledge of SMSFs
• You have full Australian working rights, as sponsorship is not on offer for this role
• Technically proficient in Xero/MYOB.
