Digital and Social Media Coordinator
12 month contract, FTE negotiable.
This maternity leave position has been created to cover the full-time role of Digital and Social Media Coordinator, to maintain the Hughes PR growing digital delivery requirements.
Working directly with the Senior Digital and Social Media Consultant and the broader Hughes consulting team, this role is responsible for supporting and delivering digital and social media activities for both Hughes PR's diverse range of clients and the Hughes PR brand.
Attributes
As the Digital and Social Media Coordinator, you will have at least 2 years' experience working with a diverse range of digital and social channels, including website content, EDMs, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and feel confident in working with the broader Hughes PR team to coordinate digital and social campaigns across both organic and paid activity and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing social channels, both organic and paid content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing website content through a variety of CMS.
- A can-do results-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in events coordination or events management would be advantageous.
Terms
This is a contract, full-time position for 12-months, available at 0.8 – 1.0 FTE. Working arrangements to be discussed and negotiated with the successful applicant. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
