On October 1st, 2025 the Carducci Group are opening Eccoci. An all day bar & dinning room in the newly renovated, multi-award-winning Burnside Village, located in the heart of Adelaide's eastern suburbs.
Our venue will operate brunch, lunch, aperitivo and dinner, specialising in fresh pasta crafted in our purpose-built commercial pasta kitchen facility.
Our site is Strategically positioned on a prominent corner at a main entrance to the high fashion shopping precinct, alongside prestigious luxury brand retailers, and will be the premier hospitality experience in Burnside Village.
About Us:
We are highly respected operators in the Adelaide Italian food scene over the last 30 years with and have a loyal following with high expectations. Eccoci will be our 28th Hospitality venue, a very sophisticated flagship modern Italian restaurant and bar, delivering traditional Italian flavours and food, showcasing the latest dishes from Italy complemented by a 20 seater horseshoe cocktail and wine bar. The Carducci Group current portfolio of businesses are Eccoci (Burnside) , Eccomi (Norwood) and Cucina Classica.
Available Positions
- Bartenders/Baristas – Latte art experience preferred, with a strong focus on crafting high-quality beverages.
- Front of House Team (Waiters/Waitresses) – Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with light food preparation.
Experience & Skills:
- A genuine love for hospitality and a commitment to sharing this exciting journey with us.
- 2 year minimum experience in Bartender of a venue, of similar size and complexity.
- A strong work ethic and desire to work and excel within a fast paced and exciting work environment
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
- Ability and adaptability to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
- Valid RSA certificate
- Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/café
- Previous A La Carte experience
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- Excellent communication and outgoing personality
- Ensures a seamless guest experience
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and opening and closing shifts
- Three Plate Carry (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Valid RSA certificate
- Able to follow systems and plan your time accordingly
- Team player with a collaborative and co-operative approach to work
- Personable, presentable, friendly
- A solid understanding of wine and its service
