About Us:

  • Bring It On Sports Pty Ltd is a premier sports education provider, delivering sports activities to schools and community organisations since 2007. We proudly partner with National Sports Organisations (NSOs), State Sports Organisations (SSOs), and National Sports Organisations for people with disabilities (NSOds) to promote their sports in schools and transition students from the playground to the sports field. As a registered NDIS and Sporting Schools provider, we are 100% Australian-owned and dedicated to enriching lives through sports and movement.

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Career Sports Coaches to join our team in NSW.

The ideal candidates will coach both niche and mainstream sports, such as Flag Football and traditional Australian sports, to a diverse group of participants, including children and teenagers with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sports Coaching: Deliver high-quality coaching sessions across various sports.
  • Session Planning: Develop and implement structured session plans tailored to different skill levels and abilities.
  • Facilitating and Training: Lead sessions and train other coaches to maintain high coaching standards.
  • Mentoring Coaches: Provide guidance and support to less experienced coaches.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and organisation of sports equipment.
  • Recruitment: Assist in recruiting new coaches.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all programs meet the quality standards set by Bring It On Sports.

Requirements

  • Passion for Sports: A deep love for sports and working with children and teenagers.
  • Experience: Proven experience in coaching multiple sports.
  • Working with Children Check: Valid clearance to work with children.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
  • Inclusive Approach: Willingness to teach sports to people with intellectual and/or physical disabilities.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Certifications in coaching or PDHPE and First Aid

  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
  • Drivers Licence

Desirable Criteria

  • Relevant Coaching Accreditation
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Physical Education Degree
