Role Overview:

PagerDuty is the leading digital operations management platform for businesses. Our SaaS solution empowers over 15,000 customers worldwide to improve operational reliability, agility, and visibility across their organizations. With PagerDuty, teams can quickly identify and resolve issues before they impact public sector customers, enabling them to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

We are seeking a technical and customer-focused Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer business requirements and technical needs and will design and present demonstrations that highlight the strengths of PagerDuty's products. They will also provide technical guidance, best practices, and support throughout the pre-sales and implementation process to ensure customer success.

As a Solutions Consultant at PagerDuty, you will sit at the nexus between pre-sales, sales and customer success. You build strong, significant, and compassionate relationships to internal and external partners, no matter their level.

You are an excellent and compelling communicator. You can break down complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers with both business and technical backgrounds, from a DevOps engineer to a C Level Executive. You can articulate the business value of our solution.

You have experience selling in the SaaS world and can articulate the business value of our solution. You are self driven and can work both independently and with a cross functional team. You come up to speed quickly, love to learn, have a strong working style and impeccable attention to detail.

How You Impact Our Vision: Key Responsibilities
