Working arrangements: Onsite at the ASIC office (Level 1/12 Moore St, Canberra ACT 2601) for for 5 days per fortnight for the duration of the engagement, 40 hours per week for the full contract duration within standard working hours (8am-6pm)
Length of contract: 12 months
Contract extensions: 1x 12 months
Security clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline
Rates: $100 - $120 per hour (inc. super)
Within the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Dynamics 365 is the chosen workflow product used to build ASIC's strategic case management solution. Dynamics platform is key to obtaining 360-degree view of ASIC's regulatory population. ASIC has an ongoing and significant portfolio of projects on Dynamics 365 platform comprising digital initiatives, legislative changes, and business improvements.
ASIC is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Lead who will be responsible for:
- Proven experience in leading functional specialists in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in resolving client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable.
- Experience working in AGILE environments.
Analytical Skills required:
- The demonstrated ability to think critically when extracting and interpreting information; mine and analyse data to connect patterns, identify trends and characterise and prioritise key issues and risks; think laterally about issues in order to enable and produce effective strategies and solutions; effect broader problem solving / business issue analysis; enable the business to become more 'analytical'.
Stakeholder engagement and communication experience required:
- The demonstrated ability to build, maintain and utilise networks and relationships within ASIC and across external stakeholders (i.e. industry, government, other regulatory bodies); an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to enable / achieve effective regulatory outcomes and to produce effective strategies and solutions.
Technology strategy, solutions and advice:
- The demonstrated ability to adopt a client focused consulting approach with the business, partnering with stakeholders to develop technology led strategies and solutions aligned to current and emerging needs, and to provide strategic advisory services that enable regulatory responses.
Business and commercial acumen required:
- The demonstrated ability to acquire, maintain and apply a high-level understanding (to the extent consistent with IT's advisory and enabling role) of ASIC's evolving regulatory and legal environment as well as relevant industry / market dynamics; acquire commercial acumen in order to support internal clients to produce effective strategies and solutions.
