About Us

Excel Mechanical Services is a commercial HVAC installation company based in Dandenong South, proudly serving Victoria for the past 4 years. With over 35 years of combined industry experience, we're looking for a dedicated, experienced, and qualified individual to join us in delivering quality projects and supporting future growth.

We're seeking someone with strong commercial HVAC experience who can manage staff, contribute to project delivery, and thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

IS THIS YOU?

You can expect:

  • Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and ETAG
  • 13 RDOs per year
  • Work on commercial and industrial projects across Metro Melbourne
  • Energetic, hardworking, and friendly team environment
  • Uniform provided
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm

Essential Criteria:

  • Valid drivers license
  • White card, Plumbing Registration and or Refrigeration Licence

    Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Be committed to safe work practices
  • Show initiative and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be reliable and motivated
  • Hand Tools
