About the Job

There is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service
Office - Overflow Camp. This role is to assist in the
operation of the Esperance Sporting Grounds Camping Overflow Area
and Services. Provide a high standard of customer service whilst
ensuring users of the facility abide by the camping ground
rules.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Well-developed public relations and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Previous experience in a service environment or similar
    role, involving a high-level of exposure to the general
    public.

This is a Casual position starting December 2025 to February
2026

About you

In order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must
have:

  • Well-developed public relations and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication
    skills.
  • Previous experience in a service environment or similar
    role, involving a high-level of exposure to the general
    public.

Benefits

Hourly Salary: $35.44

Permanent staff are entitled to:

  • 5 weeks annual leave per year
  • The option of one Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 4 weeks in
    exchange for working 40 hours per week.
  • Minimum of 12% superannuation employer contribution
  • Superannuation co-contribution offered to a maximum of
    5%
  • Free access to the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre (pool &
    gym)
