Position Summary:

As a Kids Soccer Coach with Hollier Sports, you will have the exciting opportunity to share your passion for soccer and work with children. You'll be responsible for planning and conducting soccer sessions, interacting with parents, and ensuring a positive learning environment for our young players.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Plan soccer training sessions in collaboration with other coaches.

  • Manage and engage with players aged 5-15, all abilities and backgrounds.

  • Set up and organise equipment and facilities for each session.

  • Lead and facilitate soccer sessions, focusing on skill development and fun.

  • Safely pack up equipment after each session.

  • Communicate with the Head Coach, providing updates and feedback as needed.

  • Engage with parents, answering questions and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card.

  • Ideally possess an Active First Aid certificate.

  • Grassroots coaching certificate is a plus, but not required (can be completed during onboarding).

  • Prior experience in soccer coaching or after-school care is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • Coaching sessions primarily in the afternoon and evening on weekdays.

  • Some holiday hours may be required.
