We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a key focus on Change and Configuration Management to add to our energetic and growing Canberra team. This role will be working with a Federal Government Department and requires an Australian Citizen with an NV1 AGSVA clearance.

This is a great opportunity for you to provide change management expertise for one of clients who will deliver a whole of government federated information sharing and analysis environment to provide access to real information across state, territory, and federal jurisdictions. The capability is being delivered through a program team comprised of a couple of main agencies and in conjunction with partner agencies at the Commonwealth, State & Territory levels. To sustain and further enhance the platform into the future, NTT has been engaged as a Strategic Partner to provide a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team to operate the Technical Hub.

Working at NTT

You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team to create robust, scalable processes to deliver compliance objectives. Key success factors within this role include:

• Responsible for coordinating all aspects of Change and Configuration Management activities, within the NCIS environment.
• Providing guidance and expertise on governance and processes in relation to Change and Configuration Management.
• Participate in the on-call roster to provide 24/7 incident assistance to the department.
• Adjusting the change management process as required to ensure its effectiveness.
• Demonstrating ability to be involved with Changes, perform analysis, and deliver post change reviews.
• Maintain an overview of the current and upcoming Changes, updating status and keeping the affected stakeholder informed of progress.
• Organise and chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and maintain minutes and outstanding actions and owners.
• Maintain a forward calendar of changes and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicating clearly and professionally and the demonstrating ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure configuration integrity by maintaining accurate, service‑aligned configuration information to support risk assessment, incident response, and service assurance.
• Govern the end‑to‑end change lifecycle to minimise service disruption, ensuring changes are appropriately assessed, authorised, and implemented in line with business risk and impact.
• Align change and configuration practices across internal teams and service providers, preventing configuration drift and ensuring changes are fully documented and controlled.
• Leverage change and configuration data to identify trends, reduce repeat incidents, and drive continuous improvement in service performance and stability.
• Provide assurance and stakeholder confidence through transparent reporting, compliance with governance standards, and demonstrable control over service changes.
• Back up for SDM Incident Management as required.

• Experience with incident, undertaking analysis and delivering post incident reviews and reports.
