SailPoint IGA Tech Lead

In this role, you'll take ownership of the company's SailPoint setup and help it mature. The role exists because the organisation's SailPoint capabilities are still developing, and they need someone to establish the basics, drive the roadmap, and develop skills in-house.

They will be responsible for the technical side of SailPoint, expanding integrations beyond the current ~15 apps, bringing outsourced work in-house, and looking for ways to automate processes wherever possible. From day one, they will start onboarding applications, support the Cyber team, and make sure compliance requirements are met.

The team already includes a process-focused first point of contact for BAU issues and a mid-level engineer onboarding applications, but the Tech Lead owns the technical delivery and the direction of SailPoint.

The role is hands-on, with the possibility to take on leadership if they want to grow the team. The main focus to start is getting the foundations and key processes right.
