Job Title: Call centre Sales Representative

Hourly rate : $40-$45 per hour

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales representatives to lead our sales team to new heights.
Position Overview:The Experienced Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs, providing product information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer retention.

CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and tracking.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze personal sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a call centre or tele sales environment.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
