Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and timely service.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a chef or line cook in a busy kitchen environment preferred.

• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines

• Ideally experienced with industrial pizza ovens

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• A positive attitude and a passion for creating delicious dishes that delight our guests.
