PROGRAMS & ENTERPRISE MANAGER

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Programs & Enterprise Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services across our Workshop, Hospitality, and Community & Programs.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role is responsible for leading purpose-driven teams, driving operational excellence, and aligning service delivery with our Strategic Plan.

Key Focus of the Role

  • Champion excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across all service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.
  • Empower and develop leaders to deliver outstanding participant outcomes.
  • Drive performance and cohesion across multiple teams through strong, people-focused leadership.
  • Assist the CEO in identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth, partnerships, and innovation.
  • Lead and manage the organisation-wide Work Health and Safety (WHS) framework.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Community Services, Disability, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles and People Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs, teams, and budgets effectively.
  • Experience implementing Work Health and Safety frameworks across an organisation.
