Are you a passionate and experienced leader in Out of School Hours Care? We are seeking a dedicated OSHC Director to lead our vibrant new centre in Port Hedland, WA, due to open soon. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives, guide a talented team, and foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

About the Role:

As the Centre Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality educational programs. You will lead and support a team of educators, build strong relationships with families, and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.  You will also be actively involved in the set up of this new service, as well as further expansion of our organisation.

You will be supported by our Long Day Care Director, and and actively involved Board.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality care.

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and other relevant legislation.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the local community.

Oversee curriculum planning and ensure educational programs align with the My Time Our Place (MTOP).

Manage the centre's operational and financial performance to meet business objectives.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that supports children's learning and development.

Prepare reports and attend Board and Committee meetings.

About You:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification as recognized by ACECQA).

Proven experience in a Centre Director or leadership role within an early childhood setting.

Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and relevant regulations.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and support a team to achieve excellence.
