We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendants and Runners.

Position Overview:

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at 6HEAD, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-tier service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Part time & casual positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, provide recommendations, and take orders with a high level of product knowledge.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure tables are set impeccably, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Anticipate and fulfil guest needs, making each dining experience memorable.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special accommodations with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in fine dining or premium hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Must be enthusiastic and dedicated to providing a memorable dining experience.
