At Builders Brisbane, we specialise in high-quality homes and investment properties across South East Queensland. As a growing company, we're on the lookout for a reliable and capable labourer to support our team on site with a wide variety of hands-on tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who's practical, takes pride in their work, and is keen to learn new skills along the way.

About the Role

As a site labourer, you'll work closely with our team of builders and trades to support daily operations on site. From prepping driveways to helping with basic landscaping and final cleans, no two days will be quite the same.

You'll:

  • Read and understand site plans

  • Manage machines as required (and get your tickets to do so)

  • Assist machine operators on site with site clearing, digging out foundations etc.

  • Prep driveways and assist with site establishment

  • Carry out site cleans to get homes ready for handover

  • Complete basic landscaping tasks

  • Install vanities and small fixtures

  • Pick up and drop off materials as needed

  • Weld — or be willing to learn on the job

We're looking for someone who's not afraid of hard work, shows up on time, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.

You'll Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Have a ute with a towbar (if you don't have one, we have one for you)

  • Can read and interpret plans confidently, or at least ask questions

  • Are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

  • Are open to learning new tools and techniques

  • Take pride in keeping the site clean and presentable

  • Want to grow your skills and stay busy
