Description

Downer's Road Maintenance & ITS division plays a critical role in maintaining and responding to incidents across Melbourne's iconic CityLink network and soon to be West Gate Tunnel. We're currently seeking qualified Electrical Technicians with HV and instrumentation experience to join our growing team working on the West Gate Tunnel. If you're looking for a role that offers stability and the chance to work on maintaining high-profile infrastructure, this is it. 

What You'll Do

  • Perform electrical maintenance and fault response across tolling and tunnel systems
  • Work Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Support operational needs by working shift hours when required, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard

 What You'll Bring

  • A Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory)
  • Awareness of HV systems and instrumentation 
  • Background in electrical maintenance, ideally within infrastructure environments such as tunnels, tolling systems, industrial plants or similar settings 
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
  • EWP license (boom/scissor lift) 
  • Current Australian driver's license
