Our two-year Graduate Program blends hands-on experience, structured training, mentoring, and professional development. From day one, you'll be working on real projects, gaining exposure to multiple disciplines, and building the skills needed to excel in your field. You'll take part in:

Graduate Induction: A structured introduction to Abergeldie, our culture, values, and the projects you'll be working on. You'll meet key leaders, visit project sites, and connect with fellow graduates.

Graduate Rotations: Gain exposure to different areas of the business through structured rotations. Engineering graduates will rotate through key functions such as Safety, Pre-Contracts, and Commercial to develop a well-rounded understanding of project delivery.

What we are looking for

We're currently seeking Graduates to join our Pre-Contracts (Estimating) team at ABKJV (Abergeldie, BMD, and KBR Joint Venture) – a major alliance delivering significant infrastructure projects across Victoria.

As a Graduate in Pre-Contracts, you'll work closely with Senior Estimators and Engineers to gain hands-on experience across the full tendering process. You'll support cost estimating, procurement and subcontractor engagement while building skills in risk assessment and resource planning, contributing to projects that shape Victoria's infrastructure.

This is a fantastic entry point for graduates wanting to build a strong foundation in pre-contracts, cost planning, and estimating within the complex civil infrastructure sector.

Eligibility: Final-year students or recent graduates.
