We are actively seeking a 2IC for our Myhealth Newington location. 

Your role will encompass not only operational efficiency but also a commitment to providing exceptional support to our medical professionals and staff.

What your day will look like:

  • Assisting lead the Practice Manager with operational excellence
  • Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
  • Carrying out inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
  • Assist with overseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)
  • Solution focused management of clinic operations and doctor queries

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of GP experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing nursing and administration staff preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective prioritisation of workflow.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a meaningful impact on our patients and practice.
