This role is driven by performance. The more calls made, the greater the opportunity to generate leads and earn commission.
For every lead that converts into a signed listing, the candidate will receive $1,000 commission, payable once the property has sold.
For example, if three qualified leads are secured in a day, this could translate into $3,000 in commission upon successful sales.
You will have a minimum 2-week trial period. These 2 weeks are crucial, as they will determine whether you are well-suited for the position to move forward into a paid role.
You will be reporting to myself & the principal.
