Join our dynamic team at Evolved Hair Restoration, a leader in advanced hair restoration, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver impeccable results. We are currently on the lookout for a versatile clinical nurse, immediate start, to become an integral part of our Perth-based medical team.

Position: Clinical Nurse (RN)

  • Full time role: 4 days per week, 38 hours.
  • Full training provided for the right candidates

As a key team member, you'll be immersed in the world of cosmetic surgery, contributing to our patients' journey to regain confidence. If you enjoy working with people, possess excellent bedside manners, and thrive in a well-organized environment, we want to hear from you. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, combining clinical nursing with administrative and reception duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute sterilization procedures pre, during, and post-procedure in accordance with protocols.
  • Contribute to staff rostering and day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Collaborate with the Evolved Doctors in hair transplant procedures.
  • Handle pre-op and post-op customer correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Administer PRP and Mesotherapy Treatments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor the movement of medical instruments and materials in the operating room.
  • Draw blood.

Safety/Hygiene and Compliances:

  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols throughout procedures.
  • Perform pre and post-procedure tasks according to established standards.
  • Stay on premises until the patient has safely left post-procedure.

Ideal Requirements/Experience:

  • Previous experience in a surgical/clinic support role (desired but not essential).
  • Nursing qualification and registration with AHPRA.
  • Accreditation for blood collection.
  • Strong interest in dermal and skin therapies.
  • Stamina, concentration, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility with working hours when required.
