We're looking for an Appointment Setter & Sales Support member to join our high-performance sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads, engaging prospects, qualifying them through conversation, and setting up appointments for our closing team to enrol them into our mid and high-ticket programs.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly motivated, emotionally intelligent, and relentless with follow-up. You're part relationship-builder, part detective, someone who can ask the right questions, spot real opportunities, and move the right people through our sales process.
You'll work closely with the closing team, follow up consistently, and help maintain a pipeline that drives serious results.

ObjectivesLead Qualification & Appointment Setting
Proactively connect with leads via phone, DM, and text to identify qualified prospects
- Build rapport quickly and assess alignment with our programs
- Book high-quality appointments for our Sales Closers
- Follow structured scripts while bringing your own natural confidence and connection
- Handle early objections and pre-frame appointments for maximum conversion
Relationship Building
Build trust and rapport quickly and keep communication personal and engaging
- Use emotional intelligence to read people and tailor the approach in real-time
- Follow up relentlessly without being pushy with the confidence to lead the conversation
Sales Process Support
Master the Mojo communication framework for triaging leads effectively
- Track and manage lead follow-ups, touch points, and appointment confirmations
- Communicate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and insights on each prospect
Target Achievement
Hit or exceed weekly/monthly metrics including lead connection, qualified appointments booked, and show-up rates
- Maintain accountability for personal performance and pipeline contribution
- Undertake consistent sales and triage training to improve skills and knowledge to achieve outcomes
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the sales closers and marketing team to align on campaign goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting methods
- Share feedback, patterns, and insights from lead conversations to help refine targeting and messaging
- Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture focused on outcomes, not just activity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- High emotional intelligence — you know how to listen, read tone, and adapt fast
- Resilience and grit unshaken by rejection and energised by the chase
- Confidence in speaking to a wide range of people (over the phone, video, and DM)
- Proactive, hungry, and self-motivated, you don't wait to be told what to do
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple conversations at once
- Comfortable following proven scripts and frameworks, while keeping it human
- Experience using a CRM and tracking leads, follow-ups, and metrics
- Experience in sales or lead qualification roles preferred
- Track record of hitting targets and managing pipeline activity
- Exposure to personal & business development or education-based programs is a bonus
- Willingness to learn sales systems and grow into a high-level sales career
The Mojo HQ is located in Adelaide, South Australia, the successful candidate can be local, working in a hybrid capacity or located Australia-wide in a remote capacity
- Ability to work remotely or on-site as needed for team collaboration or events
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- For remote working - must have great internet connection
- Must be available during key sales windows, including some evenings depending on lead location/time zone
