Penfold Projects is growing, and we're on the lookout for motivated and experienced Landscape/Hardscape Labourers to join our landscape crew in Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Whether you're seeking full-time or casual work, we have opportunities available starting from $80,000+ per annum (pro-rata)

To be successful you must have the following:

  • Landscaping, Construction, Hardscaping, Tiling, Stone Mason and Concreting experience
  • Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable)
  • Experience in landscaping construction industry (highly regarded)
  • A current Construction White Card
  • A current driver's license
Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years' experience in landscape/construction (preferred)
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to deliver hard & soft landscape works per plan/specs
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate team, machinery, materials, and subcontractors
  • Confident in reading plans, ordering materials, and calculating quantities
  • Implement Workplace Health & Safety standards, lead toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS compliance
  • Liaise professionally with builders, clients, and other trades
  • Proactively identify and address site hazards or safety risks
