Join a well-established, global manufacturer that's one of the leaders in their industry. Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Etcher/Engraver to become part of their team in Welshpool.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for producing high-quality engraved and etched designs on various materials. This role involves creating digital design layouts, programming machinery, and ensuring precision in every project. This position begins on a casual basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Location:
Welshpool, WA
Roster:
Monday to Friday - day shift
Rate: $32.31/ hour + Penalties + Super
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting sketches and developing digital artwork using design software
- Engraving and etching materials such as metal and wood
- Setting up and operating specialized engraving machinery
- Maintaining quality and accuracy across all work
What You'll Need:
- Proficiency with CAD or similar design software
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Full-time working rights in Australia
