The Registrar team provides essential adminstrative support faciliating pedigree and performance recording and inventory management of breed organisations. Based in Wagga Wagga NSW, this role is process driven ensuring breed rules, requirements and regulations are met. This opprtunity is suited to a detail-orientated individual with knowledge of animal breeding.
Genetic Hub is a producer-led organisation, established to support breed societies, associations, and individual breeders through a comprehensive suite of services tailored to the livestock recording and business adminstration sector with the primary mission to deliver efficient, cost effective services.
Role Responsibilities:
Adminstration of animal regisrations and transfers.
Membership support.
Processing DNA orders and results.
Parent Verification searches.
Liaising with members and societies to assist in animal recording, registration and parent identification.
Processing member transactions including invoicing.
Follow process and procedure for the recording and registration of animals including adherance to breed rules and regualtions.
Contribute to collaborative workplace culture displaying professionalism.
Skills:
Time management and organistion.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
Excellent communication skills.
A knowledge and understanding of animal breeding and production.
