The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Motorhome Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves working on a variety of motorhomes and campervans, carrying out fit-outs, repairs, servicing, and custom modifications. No two days are the same – you'll be problem-solving, building, and using your trade skills across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fit-out, assemble, and modify motorhomes and campervans
  • Install cabinetry, appliances, electrical components, plumbing, and accessories
  • Diagnose and repair faults (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or structural)
  • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance
  • Work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding results for our customers

About You:

  • Previous experience in motorhome, RV, caravan, or related industries (desired but not essential)
  • Background in trades such as cabinetmaking, automotive, electrical, or plumbing highly regarded
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Current driver's licence
