About the Role: Working autonomously once trained, the successful will be responsible for the installation of safety products on Tier 1-3 projects in sectors such as Education, Aviation, Public Spaces, Transport, and Recreation & Sports Centres. This role requires strong organisational skills as well as practical knowledge of the construction industry to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of TGSI's, stair nosings, entry matting, bollards, bicycle racks, speed humps, wheel stops, and other car park accessories.
  • Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure smooth project execution across various sites.
  • Site Preparation and inspections including: Site measurements, liaising with clients site teams.
  • Maintain strict adherence to on-site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relative AS standards and safety requirements.

Highly Regarded Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience within the construction industry.
  • Expertise in installing in ground bollards, bicycle racks, and similar products, or transferable skills in setout and measurement based installations
  • Proficiency in concrete coring, concreting paving, and commercial entry matting installation.
  • Floor preparation, matwell creation, and screeding

What You Need:

  • A valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
  • A Construction Induction card (White Card).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the civil or building industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Two contactable work references.
  • Successful completion of a pre employment drug screen (if required).
