- Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and oversee financial and operational performance.
- Strong communication, counselling, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous professional development.
- Experience mentoring and supporting team members to deliver high-quality pharmacy services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy with current AHPRA registration.
- Completion of relevant scope of practice training.
- Experience with QCPP standards, dispensary policies, and retail pharmacy operations.
- Strong attention to detail, professional presentation, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Computer literate.
- Previous leadership experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Note: The successful applicant will commence under the National Pharmacies brand and be part of the exciting transition to the new Complete Care Pharmacy (CCP) model in March 2026. The Pharmacist In Charge will be a key role in leading the existing and new team members through this exciting transition.
