About the Role:

As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our customers enjoy the best shopping experience while leading a dynamic team to success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a passionate retail team
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation
  • Handling rostering, reporting, and business performance tracking

Has previous retail management experience Thrives in a fast-paced environment Loves interacting with customers and building a great store atmosphere Is an excellent problem solver and decision-maker Has strong communication and leadership skills
